The Orange County Housing Authority (OCHA) will be accepting applications for the Housing Choice Voucher Program waiting list beginning September 18, 2023, 8:00 a.m. and ending September 29, 2023, 11:59 p.m. PDT. With a housing voucher, participants are able to choose their own housing, including single-family homes, townhomes and apartments. The Housing Choice Voucher Program is the federal government's largest program for assisting very low-income families, the elderly, and persons with a disability to afford healthy and safe housing in the private market.
