Getting Started

Want to build a new workout regimen or need help fine tuning your current one? A Brea Fitness Center certified personal trainer can help you jump start your fitness routine so you can reach your goals safely and effectively. We can set you up with one of our certified personal trainers for a free one-hour session focusing solely on your fitness needs.

The session will consist of:

  • A 30 minute* health and fitness assessment to help establish your health history, goals, and specific needs. The fitness assessment is used to create a personalized workout program tailored towards your individual fitness goals and needs.
  • A 30 minute* training session where you will be given an orientation on proper movements, technique, and use of exercise equipment in order to maximize results and prevent potential injury.
