Permits & Forms
The Brea Fire Department now has the following forms available to download for your convenience:
Permit Applications shall be submitted online to firstname.lastname@example.org along with plans in a PDF format. Payment will be taken over the phone by credit card. A current business license is required before approved plans can be picked up. Please obtain or renew your business license by clicking on the link.
Information (Public Records) Requests
Information Request Forms can be emailed to FDRecords@cityofbrea.net It may take up to 10 business days from the day we receive your request to respond t o you. If approved, you will be emailed the files
Request for Incident Report Forms can be emailed to FDrecords@cityofbrea.net. It may take up to 10 business days from the day we receive your request to respond to you. The information will be mailed or emailed depending on the type of documents.
General turnaround is usually 10 business days depending on the number of plans ahead of you. If you need to check on plan check status email email@example.com .
Candle/Open Flame Permit
If you are hosting a special event such as a company picnic, employee appreciation, car show, or church event; please fill out this Special Events Permit Application and submit with event layout to address listed below. You can also email this application with layout . Larger events will also require a Temporary Use Permit to be submitted to the Planning Department.
